Yung shing Hardware Factory Company Ltd. To manufacture steel tubes melted by gas. |

1971 The company was renamed as Shang shing Steel industrial Company Ltd.High Frequency Welding |

process were set up ,and the factory began to run the automatic tube cutting process. |

1976.Dec The company's legal name was Shang shing Steel industrial Company Ltd .It had a capital of |

NT $ 10,000,000. |

1986 As a qualified steelworks by the Industry Bureau of Economics Ministry,the company was accepted |

as satellite works of China Steel Company. |
